Lee Kun-hee
Lee Kun-hee was a South Korean businessman who served as chairman of the Samsung Group from 1987 to 2008 and from 2010 to 2020.
He was also a member of the International Olympic Committee
The Samsung Group is a South Korean multinational conglomerate headquartered in Samsung Town, Seoul.
It comprises numerous affiliated businesses, most of them united under the Samsung brand, and is the largest South Korean chaebol.
Samsung was founded by Lee Byung-chul in 1938 as a trading company.
