second edition of Oxford University Press’ (OUP) South Asia Conclave

The South Asia Conclave will see participation from Policymakers, bureaucrats, academicians and journalists.

  Issues related to politics, business and healthcare etc. will be discussed. Issues specific to South Asia will be focused.

 The conference will be chaired by Ashutosh Varshney, professor of Political Science and Director of the Center for Contemporary South Asia, Brown University.

It will be co-chaired by Pradeep Chhibber, professor of Political Science and Director of the Institute of International Studies at the University of California.

Oxford University Press is the largest university press in the world, and the second oldest after Cambridge University Press. 

 It is a department of the University of Oxford

it is governed by a group of 15 academics appointed by the vice-chancellor

they are known as the delegates of the press.
